All you need to do is sign a Property Transfer Letter and Management Authority giving us permission to act on your behalf, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Once the agreed notice period has passed, we’ll communicate on your behalf with your existing property manager and tenants, and arrange the transfer of keys and any documentation.
There’ll be no disruption to service and rental payments will continue seamlessly. Once we’ve taken over ownership, we’ll arrange an inspection within 14 days providing a full report on our findings.
